Landlord Remedies

In certain situations you might take action against a tenant who you believe is not fulfilling required obligations either under the law or the tenancy agreement.

The action taken will be to evict the tenant or to recover money that is owed. You might also need to take steps to evict someone living in the premises who is not a tenant, but may be either living with a tenant, or living in the premises after a tenant has left.
