Ending the Tenancy

Go The Residential Tenancies Act of Alberta gives details about when a landlord can make a tenant move out of a rented home. The lease agreement will provide additional information about the type of lease the tenant has. This will determine how and when you can ask a tenant to leave. A tenancy agreement can be ended in a variety of ways. These ways can be classified into two groups:
