How the Tenancy Can Be EndedThe condominium corporation can end the tenancy by serving notice on you and the tenant, or by applying to court for an order for possession of the property. Either of these can occur if the tenant has done excessive damage to the property of the condominium corporation, if he is a danger to owners or renters, or if he is intimidating the owners or other renters.
