Condominium Corporation Ends Tenancy

The owner of a condominium who rents it out can use the remedies available to a landlord under the Residential Tenancies Act to end a tenancy. In addition, the Condominium Property Act allows the board of a condominium corporation to terminate a tenancy in certain situations. The condominium corporation can use this power to end either a periodic or a fixed-term tenancy.
