Complaint to Service Alberta

There are a number of offences that you might commit under the Residential Tenancies Act. For example, if you entered the rented property in circumstances not permitted under the Act, or failed to return a damage deposit as required by the Act. Complaints can be directed to Service Alberta, who may investigate the case and take action.
